Alex - CEO, Co-Founder

After a ten-year career in the various facets of the motorcycle industry Alex Swetlow envisioned a motorcycle shop that incorporated his commitment to great customer service while revolutionizing the way that a motorcycle performs, in a setting where employees are able extend their enthusiasm and talent for motorcycles. Mr. Swetlow realized this dream with the opening of RAM Cycles’ first location in old town Gaithersburg in September of 2006. With a rapidly growing client base and increasing demand for services RAM Cycles completed our first major expansion to a full service facility, double in size, just two years later in the heart of Rockville. We strive to consistently provide our customers with due attention and time catered to their desires and the specific needs of their motorcycle. As an independent shop RAM Cycles is able to maintain, customize and enhance all major makes and models of motorcycles. RAM Cycles collectively provides an unparalleled level of product and mechanical knowledge as our hand picked core team contributes expertise from a life long commitment to their individual style of riding.
